As we begin to settle back in to doing the things we love, the WTW & Scott Cinema Group has been hard at work making sure our venues are even safer so that you can continue to enjoy new movies with a captivated audience. These procedures have been developed in line with Government guidance. When visiting the cinema, things may work a little differently for now - here's some of the core new policies and procedures you can expect to find when you visit us...

FACE COVERINGS

It is now a requirement to wear a face covering in cinemas in England. This can be taken off to eat food and drink when in your seat inside the auditorium. Please do not leave your face coverings in the cinema after the show.

WATCHING A MOVIE

All auditoria are limited to a maximum of 35% of their physical capacity. Only alternate rows of seats are in use and nobody will be sat beside you.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING

While queuing, please keep 1m away from the person in front of you. Please be respectful of other people when walking to or from the toilets as space is very limited in these areas. Please follow staff instructions when leaving the cinema.

BOOKING & PAYMENTS

Advance Booking is strongly advised - the booking fee has temporarily been reduced to allow for this. Some snacks and drinks may not be available. Please try to pay by card or contactless where possible.

HEALTH & HYGIENE

Screens are installed at all service points. Please use the hand sanitiser provided around the building. Staff are regularly disinfecting all contact points in the building and have all the necessary PPE required in order to safely do their jobs.

You can call each cinema during opening hours using the numbers listed below. Not all of our cinemas are open all day, every day, and therefore no members of staff will be available to take phone calls until they open. Please note that staff cannot take advance bookings on these telephone numbers (except CEA Card bookings), and any requests for ticket booking will be passed back to this website.

Approximate cinema opening times follow. Cinemas open daily, 30 minutes before the first advertised film of the day, so please do cross reference with the performance schedule.

We go above and beyond to make sure your experience at any of our cinemas is the best, if for some reason you've felt that's not the case then we'd really like to hear from you. Please be aware that it can take up to 24 hours to see all messages, but we do reply to every message. If you believe you havn't heard from us, please do ensure you check your Junk Mail folder. We will happily honour all refund requests (even if we don't read your message in time) where refunds are requested no later than TWO HOURS before the film start time, in accordance with our Terms & Conditons

Ring-fenced funds: When your bank authorises payment, they ring-fence the money and expect that we will then process the payment and thus claim the money. If there has been a problem during the booking, for example a communications error with the cinema server, we cannot always proceed with the booking, and it may fail. In this instance, the ring-fenced funds will be released back to your bank account automatically, but, different banks have different timescales for processing these released funds and your bank will be able to give you more information. We only claim the ring-fenced fund if your receive a Booking Confirmation email from us with a valid booking collection code.
